1. Discuss extensively, four aspects in need of urgent review with respect to Children giving evidence under the Court system.
2. Discuss extensively two major obstacles to the enforcement of Legal Rights in Nigeria at least three means of addressing the attendant problems they present.
3a. Judge made law is not an authoritative source of law. Discuss this statement briefly in respect of its veracity or otherwise with the aid of decided cases.
3b. In Nigeria, the sources of law maybe classified into two major parts. State these classifications and describe with examples what constitutes each classification.
4. Describe briefly the role of the judiciary in Nigeria and state the different tiers of Courts in order of ascending superiority briefly describing their functions.
5. In what courts do you the following matters to be disposed of and why?
i. A murder charge.
ii. A claim of bias of the electoral commission by a defeated presidential candidate.
iii. A dispute in respect of states territorial waters.
iv. A child custody dispute.
6. Judicial and strictly non-judicial functions are strictly and safely combined in one organization. Discuss with the aid of decided cases.

8a. Describe the term bail and distinguish between a police and Court bail and discuss the criteria for granting bail.
8b. Briefly discuss four grounds on which a bail maybe refused.
