- State the characteristics of the Constitution
- A State High Court can hear and determine all matters whether original, appellate and supervisory. Discuss.
8. ‘Whether long or short, a bill must be arranged in a logical order according to segments and titled accordingly. Discuss pointing out the usual segments in a bill.
- Discuss the different stages of the drafting process.
