1a.       On the 1st of January 2015 Emeka wrote a letter to Ada expressing his interest o purchase a laptop at the rate of N30,000.00 Emeka stated in his letter that if Ada ahrees with his terms Ada should reply to him via post letter on the 20th February , 2015. On the 20th February 2015 Ada replied via the  internet stating hos interest to sell at the rate of N 35,000.00 john on receiving the mail ignored it identify the issues and advise the parties on the status of the transaction

b.         Distinguish between conditions and warranties. 

2.         Discuss using relevant statutory and judicial authorities the doctrine of memo dat quod non habet and 5 exceptions to the general rule.

3.         Nimi has recently moved into a new apartment in lekki lagos state and has purchased goods with ehich she is not satisfied. Explain to Nimi 4 implied terms and why the law implies terms into contract of sale of goods. 

4.         Critically analyze the position of the effect of fundamental breach on exception clause in Nigeria.

5.         Discuss carriage of goods by Land Air. What are he elements of liability under the warswa  convention in respect of carriage of goods by air?

6.         Discuss in details the constituent elements of contract of sale of goods
