Michael jumped out through the same window and left. At about 11.00 pm the same day Jane went to Ken’s house, knocked on the door and informed Ken that she is one of his neighbuors. Ken opened the door upon which strangers entered his house and removed valuable items like television sets. Discuss the legal issues raised in this case.
(3)On the 26th of July 2012 Jackson visited Mikel Colombus in his office. Colombus is an industrial chieftain of note. Jackson introduced himself to Colombus as a beneficiary of a large estate and that he needed the sum of N20M to perfect his title to the estate.
