- Kachi is a divorcee with 2 daughters. Subsequent upon her remarriage to Gbam, she moved into her matrimonial home with the 2 girls who Gbam loved and treated like his own daughters. He also submitted their names to his employer as his children for official purposes. With time, the marital relationship broke down and Gbam filed for divorce. Kachi applied for maintenance for her 2 daughters but Gbam wishes to challenge the application on the ground that he cannot pay maintenance for children that are not his. Advise Gbam.
