   2. The impact of the Land Use Act on customary land tenure.

6. Highlight and analyse the nature of customary tenancy and the rights and duties of a customary tenant.
7. Discuss the following:
   1. Distinction between testate and intestate succession.
   2. Intestacy and customary rules of succession
   3. Variation of customary law by the Marriage Act.

8. Analyse the following:
   1. The modes of determining family property
   2. The principle of quic quid plantator solosolo cedit

   2. Borrowing of land
   3. Absolute and conditional gift
