1. The pivotal role of judicial review is important in modern government. In particular, Nigerian judiciary has not been found wanting in this regard. Discuss.

2.  There has been concerted call for the abolition of local governments in Nigeria given their gross under performance. Examine this statement.

3. Procedural justice is as important as substantive justice in the administration of justice and both must be present to ensure a just outcome. Justify the validity of this statement.

4.  The doctrine of natural justice is not the exclusive preserve of a particular legal system, it is of universal application. Critically examine this statement.

5. Delegatus non potest delegare is an essential principle in the delegation of power. Discuss.

6. The prerogative remedies have become bulwarks in the protection of the liberties of the ordinary citizen of the state.

7. Discuss the formalities of delegation and the doctrine of ultra vires and examine how the guarantee that delegated legislation operates within the ambits of the law. Discuss.

8. How do you classify administrative powers and how does the classification assist the understanding of Administrative Law?

9. a.       Critically examine the rule making procedures and control of administrative     powers in administrative law. Discuss.
