- Discuss the sources of international law and assess if Article 38 United Nations Charter is sufficient to define them.
- Discuss the concept of treaty and reservation in International Law.
- Justify the argument that international law is a law.
- Discuss the status of individual in International law.
- Nigeria signed a treaty with United States of America in 2000.Discuss the various ways such Treaty can be terminated.
- With the aid of relevant authorities identify and discuss four types of jurisdiction in International law.
- Write short notes on the following concepts in international law.
{a} Diplomatic immunity
{b}Sovereignty
{c} sovereign immunity
- Using the relevant Treaty, discuss how the validity of a treaty can be impeached.
- Using the Pinochet’s Case and relevant conventions, discuss the immunity of the head of State.
