2.            Discuss those issues that are entailed in the appraisal of legislative proposals.

4.            Describe the main steps at the drafting stage and what are the functions and benefits of   legislative plan.

5.            Precedents are considered as guide while drafting legislation. What dangers a dafter may face by strict observance of the precedents?

6.            Discuss checklist on textual scrutiny and checks for legal compliance.

7.             Briefly discuss the steps by which draft legislation is made valid.

8.            Why is it that when instructions are given, they do not take the form of a bill?

9.            As a draftsman, how do you approach the task of analysis of a propose bill? Describe.
