organization called ABC Enterprise where inefficiency is the order of the day. Your mandate is to explore the possibility of an ideal way for the organization to operate effectively. The exposure you had as a management scholar to the administrative school of management thought and contact made with Henri Fayol’s principles suggest you are the right man for the job.  15 marks
