    (b). Explain the emergence of modern perspective as opposed to traditional perspective in aviation safety management. 10marks

Based on your understanding of this statement; discuss the likelihood of food crises and food poverty in Nigeria due to Boko Haram crises in the North East and farmers-herders crisis in Southern Nigeria.   17.5 marks
