- Ijegun primary school is a modern public school with pupil enrolment of 1,235. In each academic year the government gives N4,000.00 for the school up keep. The head teacher complains about inadequate funding. In one of the visits of the state governor to the school, the governor requested that the head teacher should send the school budget.
- What is the unit cost the government is paying? (5 marks)
- Compare the unit cost paid by the government to the proposed unit cost.

- Hypothetically, prepare a budget for 2015 academic year that the head teacher will present to the governor. (20 marks).
