- Many scholars have argued that international law is not a law. It is their that opinion that because International Law lacks sanction and enforceability, it should not be regarded as law but should be treated as international relations. Do you agree? Discuss. (25marks)
- (a) The definition of International Relations has been a delusion that as is no one acceptable definition of international law. Do you agree? If Yes or No, state your reasons. (7½marks)
(b) Sanctions in International Law are regarded as baseless. Discuss. (7½marks)
- There is no significant difference between International law and Domestic law as both are legal regimes that govern the relationship between states and their citizens. Do you agree? Discuss. (15marks)
- Under Cassese four stages of the development of International law, one aspect of the League of Nation’s functioning remains historically important. Discuss. (15marks)
- Just as the definition of International law is a problem, there is no acceptable source of international law. Do you agree? Discuss. (15marks)
