b.       Does the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria reflect the sociological theories of Jhering?

4. a)  Proffer a critique of Hans Kelson’s theory of Law.

b)  Where does the ultimate power lie in the Nigeria Constitution?

5. Examine critically Mill’s defense of the liberty theory

6. Marx wrote that the “anatomy of civil society is to be sought in political economy”. Explain what this means and what its implications are and evaluate the thesis contained in this statement.
