INSTRUCTION: In this examination, students are required to answer any four questions out of six. All questions carry equal marks of 17.5
1) a) International organization embodies the world community with members drawn from sovereign state. Explain this assertion using Plano and Olton definition? (2.5marks)
b) Explain four significant factors that influenced the establishment and nature of league of nation (15 marks)
2) Using the notion of the promotion of a just and peaceful society, explain the concepts of state and non-state actors in the international system? (17.5 marks)
3) Define peace-making and identify seven basic mission of peace-making? (17.5 marks)
4) Define international organization and analyze five formations of regional organization that have the blessings of UNO through chapter viii that outline the condition a regional organization must comply? (17.5 marks)
5) Using the persistent hegemonial tussle between state and non state actors, discuss the major issues and challenges of global peace? (17.5 marks)
6) The super-powers initiated economic programmes to alleviate the effects of WW II that ravage the World was seen as ‘Self Interest’. Discuss? (17.5 marks)
