1b) State the four (4) basic rules that apply to C# code syntax and give the corresponding explanation of each rule (8 marks)

1c) i. Write a C# program that prompts users to enter their surname, read the name entered and prints it on a new line. (Note: declare the public and static class in your program). (9 marks) ii. What character is used for the three comment types/styles in the C# language? (3 marks)

1d) Generally ECMA is an international standard that specifies the semantic rules for interpreting C# programs. Write down any 3 matters that the ECMA does not specify. (3marks)
