2. Performance development planning (PDP) is a rich opportunity for employees and managers to plan for an individual development. The development planning aspect of the conversation typically includes three (3) categories. Identify these three (3) categories and discuss them.
3. Performance goals setting in organizations are targeted at some specific objectives. List and discuss three (3) reasons why performance goals are set in organizations.
4. A robust program plan has the major advantage of ensuring that program objectives and benefits are achieved within timeline. List and discuss three (3) other benefits of a robust program plan.
