4. Present all your points in coherent and orderly manner The independence of Nigeria in 1960 brings together, a nation, ethnic group and tribe under a Nation-state. The focus and interest vis-à-vis creates leverage for cultural diversity, interaction and cohesion which foster intergovernmental relations. While the constitution explicitly demarcates the statutory duties of all tiers, conflict is inevitable. The multi-ethnic nation interacted to promote harmony and national development with each contributing towards building a better nation under the umbrella of federalism.
